Overview Join a dynamic and award-winning Southern California real estate team as a dedicated Real Estate Assistant! We're seeking an energetic, detail-oriented professional eager to support our high-performing agents, streamline administrative operations, and enhance client experiences. Duties Assist with daily administrative tasks including scheduling, data entry, and document management to ensure smooth office operations Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client appointments with precision and professionalism Support marketing efforts by creating compelling property listings, social media content, and promotional materials that attract prospective buyers and sellers Manage client communications via phone, email, and in person, providing outstanding customer service and timely follow-up Handle negotiation support by preparing offers, counteroffers, and related documentation under agent supervision Maintain compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate law to ensure ethical standards are upheld in all transactions Organize property management activities such as lease agreements, maintenance schedules, and tenant communications when applicable Experience Previous administrative experience in real estate or related fields preferred but not required; strong organizational skills are essential Knowledge of real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and property management practices is a plus Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clients effectively Proven ability to handle negotiations confidently while maintaining professionalism and positive rapport with clients Familiarity with marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM systems to enhance client engagement and lead generation Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple priorities simultaneously Customer service experience demonstrating the ability to build trust and deliver exceptional client satisfaction This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their career in real estate while supporting a top-tier team.
