We are seeking a Dispositions Specialist to work directly alongside our Head of Dispositions. This isn't just a seat-filling sales job—this is a fast-track leadership opportunity. The right person will be mentored to eventually lead and scale our entire sales and dispositions department. The Best Part? You aren't convincing reluctant homeowners to sell. You are selling exclusive, under-contract real estate assets directly to our eager, established pool of cash buyers and institutional investors. The product is already secured—your job is to monetize it quickly.
The Role at a Glance We average 10 property acquisitions per month nationwide, with at least 50% flow-through dedicated directly to the Dispositions department. The volume is real, the inventory is locked in, and your earning potential is entirely up to your execution. Key Responsibilities 1. Buyer Relationship Management & Prospecting Conduct structured, high-volume outreach (phone, email, text, social) to identify and onboard new cash buyers and institutional investors. Interview and qualify buyers to map out their specific investment criteria, funding capabilities, and timelines. Maintain rigorous CRM data hygiene (Podio/Salesforce)—tagging, segmenting, and updating buyer profiles by geography, price point, and exit strategy. 2. Deal Marketing & Asset Distribution Launch comprehensive marketing campaigns for new property releases across standard channels (InvestorLift, Craigslist, specialized real estate platforms). Coordinate targeted email blasts and SMS notifications to match the right properties with the right buyer segments. Schedule and facilitate property walk-throughs with qualified buyers and senior team members. 3. Tech & AI Workflow Management Oversee and direct our proprietary AI tools (including our digital Disposition Assistant ), ensuring automated workflows are optimized and operating at peak capacity. Gather and analyze buyer feedback post-showing to continuously refine our asset targeting and pricing strategies. Who You Are You are a self-starter who values accountability and loves the thrill of the win. You don't wait to be told what to do; you look at data, pick up the phone, and make things happen.
Experienced:
You have at least 2 years of dedicated sales experience (inside sales, call center, or high-volume phone outreach preferred). Real estate, mortgage, or property management exposure is a major plus.
Tech-Savvy:
You are comfortable working inside modern CRMs, managing data hygiene, and leveraging AI/automation tools to multiply your daily output.
