Job Description

Overview The Lake Wylie Man Team is one of the Charlotte regions premiere residential real estate teams. Our core business is representing buyers and sellers in communities around the shores of Lake Wylie from Charlotte, Belmont, Lake Wylie, York, Rock Hill, Fort Mill, and Tega Cay. We strive to deliver the highest level of service to our clients in order to help them achieve their goals. We are currently searching for a Listing Specialist to work alongside the team leader with our seller clients. There will be opportunities to work with buyers as well. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by guiding clients through the selling process with clear communication and support. Help design prelisting plan to prepare properties for the market. Manage any needed repairs by obtaining quotes and scheduling vendors. Manage administrative tasks such as listing documentation, scheduling appointments, obtaining and maintaining accurate property records. Collaborate with other real estate professionals to coordinate showings, inspections, and closing procedures. Conduct property showings, open houses, and virtual tours to engage prospective buyers actively. Provide bi weekly updates to seller clients regarding the real estate market, past showings, and feedback. Monitor showing traffic and make recommendations to seller clients and team owner regarding price reductions, needed improvements, or issues. Manage any agreed upon repairs and find vendors to complete work as needed post contract. Required Skills Proven experience in real estate sales or property management is highly preferred. Strong negotiation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an outgoing personality. Must be a self-starter with ability to problem solve, work on your own, and as part of a team. Some understanding of marketing properties effectively through digital campaigns and traditional methods. Knowledge of real estate license law, Fair Housing regulations, and administrative procedures related to property transactions. Organizational skills to manage multiple listings simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience with real estate administrative tasks or customer service roles will be advantageous. Professional presence and client-facing confidence. Team-oriented with a focus on overall team success. Genuine desire to serve clients and help them achieve their goals. Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment. Current North and South Carolina Real estate license or will need to obtain. Additional Info Salary plus commission based on experience level. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with active clients and being in production. Lead generation is not required. Consistent leads supplied with opportunity to work with your own leads as well. Must have reliable transportation. Some evenings and weekend work may be required.
