We are immediately seeking a skilled Real Estate Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate or litigation. As an Associate with our firm your key responsibilities will be: represent clients in real estate disputes, draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, conduct legal research and analysis to support cases and provide strategic advice, negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to resolve disputes effectively, attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary and collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure comprehensive case management. Desired qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Admission to the Ohio bar and in good standing 1-10 years of experience in real estate law Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively Experience in civil litigation, estate planning and administration, and/or real estate preferred but not required To apply, please provide your resume along with a writing sample.
