Client & Project Coordinator We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Client & Project Coordinator to join our growing team. Real estate brokerage background preferred . This is a remote position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally, and enjoys keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish. Position Details Remote / Work From Home 30-40 hours per week Paid Holidays Company email address and work phone provided Responsibilities Answer and respond to client texts, phone calls, and emails Schedule and coordinate photography and videography appointments Communicate with photographers and editors to ensure projects are delivered on time Manage tasks and projects through Slack Ensure quality control for all photo and video deliveries Deliver completed photos and videos to clients Receive editing feedback from clients and communicate revisions clearly and efficiently to editors Maintain excellent client communication throughout the entire process Qualifications Experience with Slack, Gmail, Dropbox, Light experience in Photoshop Real estate brokerage background preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills Highly responsive, organized, and efficient Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and manage deadlines Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Experience in project coordination, customer service, photography, videography, or real estate industries is a plus
