Job Description

Overview I am a local Realtor based in the Greater Columbia, SC area, passionate about delivering an exceptional experience for my clients, especially military families relocating to the area. My business is growing quickly, and I'm looking for the right person to step in as a key support role and help me continue to scale. This is a unique opportunity to work directly alongside me and play a huge role in the day-to-day operations of the business. As the business grows, this role is designed to grow with it. About the Role I'm looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Real Estate Operations Coordinator/Assistant who thrives on organization, systems, and problem-solving. This is a hands-on role that supports the day-to-day operations of the business, including database management, marketing support, client follow-up, and transaction coordination. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, staying organized, and being part of a fast-growing business. What You'll Be Doing Listing Management & MLS
  • Input and manage listings in MLS
  • Coordinate photography, signage, lockboxes, and listing launches
  • Ensure listing accuracy, compliance, and timely updates
  • Send weekly updates including showings and feedback Database & CRM (Client Relationship Management)
  • Maintain and organize client and lead database
  • Build and manage workflows for buyers, sellers, and leads
  • Ensure proper tagging, notes, and follow-up tasks are completed Marketing & Email Campaigns
  • Manage monthly email campaigns (market updates, local content, videos)
  • Assist with listing and under-contract marketing
  • Support long-term nurture campaigns for past clients and leads Social Media & Marketing Support
  • Assist with planning, creating, and scheduling social media content (Instagram, Facebook)
  • Help capture content during listings, closings, and client moments
  • Edit short-form videos (Reels, stories, etc.)
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule aligned with brand goals
  • Collaborate on creative ideas to grow engagement and visibility Lead Follow-Up & Support
  • Assist with initial follow-up on new leads (text, call, or email)
  • Help nurture warm leads through consistent communication
  • Track conversations and updates within the CRM
  • Help keep leads engaged and moving forward through the pipeline Client Care & Past Client Follow-Up
  • Coordinate post-closing follow-ups and communication
  • Manage Google Review requests and follow-up
  • Assist with client appreciation and seasonal gifting Systems & Operations Support
  • Oversee internal systems
  • Maintain checklists, workflows, and standard operating procedures
  • Identify inefficiencies and help improve processes
  • Serve as a point person for day-to-day operational needs Experience Real estate experience preferred (operations, admin, or similar role) Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Comfortable using technology, including CRM systems, email marketing tools, and shared documents Process-driven mindset with the ability to build, follow, and improve workflows and systems Client-focused with a commitment to delivering a high-level experience Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with agents and leadership Professional, dependable, and trustworthy No two days in real estate look exactly the same.
This role will include a variety of tasks that support the day-to-day operations of the business, and responsibilities may evolve as the business continues to grow!
