ABOUT THE ROLE
McElroy Property Group (MPG) is a boutique real estate and infill-development team. We're hiring an organized, data-savvy team player to keep our transactions, books, and reporting running smoothly. This is a flexible W-2 position — roughly 75% remote and 25% in-office — ideal for someone who loves systems, communicates well with clients, and wants to grow as part of a tight-knit team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Contract to Close (primary focus)
Nurture client relationships on behalf of the team — communicate with clients by phone, text, and email throughout the transaction.
Prepare and manage contract documents on both the buyer and listing sides.
Own the contract-to-close process and keep the CTC dashboard accurate at all times. Bookkeeping
Maintain the books for the brokerage and for construction projects; track project costs and reconcile accounts. Dashboards & Reporting
Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Excel — turn data into clear, actionable insight for the team. Team Support
Support agents and leadership; keep the CRM and lists clean; other duties as requested.
WHAT YOU BRING
Must-have
Excellent written and verbal communication; a genuine team player who enjoys collaborating.
Strong Excel and data skills — comfortable crunching numbers and building clean reports.
Proficiency with QuickBooks (required).
Bookkeeping experience — ideally within a real estate brokerage and/or construction projects.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and self-managed (ready to work effectively remotely).
Experience with a CRM and real estate transaction/forms software.
Nice-to-have:
Active (or in progress) Texas real estate license — able to support the team on a limited basis on licensed activities
SCHEDULE, LOCATION & COMPENSATION
W-2 employee with flexible hours; hybrid schedule of approximately 75% remote and 25% in-office (Austin, TX area).
Salary commensurate with qualifications, plus a bonus and incentive plan.
Pay:
$36,000.00
$72,000.
