ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a motivated and driven Commercial Real Estate Sales Associate to join our growing team of veteran brokers. In this role, you will prospect and cultivate client relationships, represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants across a broad range of commercial property types, and close transactions that create long-term value for all parties. This is a commission-only position with unlimited earning potential for high performers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prospect for new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market canvassing Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, tenants, and developers Conduct property tours, comparative market analyses, and investment underwriting Negotiate letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, and lease transactions Advise clients on market trends, property valuations, and investment strategies Collaborate with internal team members on listings, co-brokerage, and deal execution Maintain an organized pipeline using CRM tools and provide timely client follow-up Stay current on local and national commercial real estate market conditions
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
1-3+ years of experience in commercial real estate, sales, finance, or a related field Active real estate license (or in process of obtaining) Strong interpersonal and communication skills — in person, phone, and written Self-motivated with a high sense of urgency and the ability to work independently Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM software is a plus Demonstrated ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals Work on-site at our Midland Park, NJ office
