Real Estate Runner Katy and Frank Home Buyers Chandler, AZ Job Details Contract $40 - $60 an hour 19 hours ago Benefits Work from home Flexible schedule Qualifications Research Driver's License Driving Video conferences (communication methods) Full Job Description We're hiring a work-from-home entry-level real estate assistant or runner to help us write accurate purchase offers on local single-family homes for sale. You'll drive to the home of a local potential seller who has requested a cash offer on their property to take photos and perform a light home inspection. This will help us write them an accurate offer. You'll then upload your research to our platform. That's it! All your appointments will be pre-scheduled. Construction estimation, remodeling, home inspection or staging experience is very helpful. All training provided. No real estate license required. Flexible hours. Work from home. This is a great stepping stone to learn the role of being a great real estate agent or investor. You'll meet with us daily on Zoom for training and direction. Opportunity to work as a real estate agent on our team as you build your experience, working daily alongside us. You'll receive a $50 bonus if you have more than an hour of talk time with the seller, since that is what builds certainty and trust.

Responsibilities:

Internalize the book How to Win Friends and Influence People. Confirm your appointment before you drive to the home. Inform the seller by email/text that you are only there to conduct an inspection. Drive up to an hour each way to meet a homeowner in your own car. Meet with the seller and first build rapport to earn their trust. Be a great advocate for us, articulating our expertise and record of results. Take photos of all the parts of the home that affect the selling price. Complete a simple inspection to see if there's any damage to the property. Wear a Plaud Note Pan during your appointments with everyone's consent. Upload your research on our online platform so we can get offers for them. Do not discuss anything with the seller that could be a licensed conversation.

Qualifications:

USA Citizen. Valid driver's license. Complete a background check (no violent offenses). Ability to drive to appointments most days of the week. Have your own reliable automobile. Work as a 1099 independent contractor. Presentable appearance in person. Mobile phone to take photos and video.

Compensation:

$40-60 per appointment + $50 face time bonus.
