What You'll Be Doing:

Obtain your OH or KY real estate license (if you don't already have one) Build a personal brand and client base within a proven brokerage model Guide home buyers through the purchase process and help sellers list & market their property Grow your own business using our tools + training + mentorship Count on accountability, consistent action, and genuine wins

What We're Looking For:

Drive, character & coachability: you don't need experience, but you do need the hunger to grow, build, and lead generate on a daily basis Strong interpersonal & communication skills Self-motivated with a growth mindset: ready to invest in yourself and "do the work" Willing to learn a 100% commission model and build something meaningful Schedule /

Role Type:
