Job Description

The Binkley Group is looking for ambitious, motivated real estate agents who are serious about building a real business, not just waiting around for leads. We are a fast-growing, high-performance real estate team based in Oakland County focused on prospecting, listings, sales skills, and long-term growth. Our environment is built for agents who are coachable, competitive, and willing to put in the work. This is NOT a "clock in and clock out" type of opportunity. We are looking for driven individuals who want to increase their income, sharpen their skills, and surround themselves with other hungry people.

Compensation:

Pay:
$75,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
