Responsibilities Assist clients with buying and selling Conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings Develop and implement marketing strategies for listings Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contract terms in compliance with fair housing laws Maintain accurate records of transactions and client communications Stay informed on local market trends, property laws, and regulations Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships Requirements Active Virginia Real Estate License OR currently/willing to complete pre-licensing coursework Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a desire to build a real estate career Reliable transportation Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions Preferred Skills (Not Required) Previous real estate or customer service experience Familiarity with real estate contracts and fair housing regulations Strong organization and time management skills Why Join Coldwell Banker Lafoon Realty?
