Licensed Realtor / Real Estate Sales Partner - Central Louisiana Are you a licensed Louisiana Realtor looking for steady income and a strong opportunity without having to be "the face" of the business? I am looking for a hardworking, dependable sales partner to help support a fast-paced, high-volume real estate business in Central Louisiana. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys the business side of real estate, thrives on organization, and wants consistent opportunity while working behind the scenes and alongside a top-producing agent.

Requirements:

Active Louisiana Real Estate License Must live in Central Louisiana or be willing to relocate Knowledge of real estate transactions from contract to closing Highly organized and detail-oriented Mature, dependable, and able to pivot quickly Willing to work flexible hours when needed Strong communication skills and professionalism Must be resourceful and self-motivated

Preferred Skills:

SkySlope experience (preferred but not required) Comfortable with AI tools and technology Ability to create or assist with videos/social media content on any platform Comfortable answering phones and communicating with clients Ability to show homes when needed Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-moving environment This is not a "clock in and clock out" type position. Real estate requires flexibility, urgency, and a willingness to step in wherever needed.
