What You'll Do:

Advise and advocate for clients throughout the buying, selling, and leasing process. Conduct in-depth market analysis to develop effective marketing and pricing strategies. Negotiate contracts with skill and integrity, always securing the best terms for your clients. Ensure every transaction is handled with the utmost compliance with real estate law and fair housing regulations. Build and nurture lasting client relationships through exceptional service and clear communication.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in real estate advisory or a related field. A strong understanding of fair housing regulations and property management. Exceptional negotiation and administrative skills. Pay:

$67,033.20 - $150,728.15 per year This is a performance-driven, 1099 independent contractor position.
