Real Estate Showing Assistant Team Desi NWA at Keller Williams Market Pro Realty 3105 NE 11th Street, Bentonville, AR 72712 Hybrid work Part-time, Full-time Part-time, Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Showing Assistant to join our energetic team! In this role, you will be the key player in showcasing properties to prospective buyers primarily near the Bentonvile-Centerton-Rogers area, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our agents in closing deals efficiently. Your enthusiasm, organizational skills, and communication prowess will help create memorable experiences for clients while ensuring smooth property showings. Responsibilities Hold an Active Arkansas Real Estate License and an agent in good standing with Northwest Arkansas Board of Realtors Conduct property showings for prospective buyers, highlighting key features and answering questions with confidence and clarity Coordinate with agents to schedule showings that align with clients' availability and preferences Demonstrate good listening skills and reporting important client conversations to the buyers agent representative Conduct property walkthroughs during contract to close Provide detailed property information, including features, neighborhood insights, and market trends to assist clients in making informed decisions Conduct Open Houses on Team Desi listings and perform door knocking when schedule permits Maintain organized schedules of property visits and follow up with clients post-showing to gather feedback and address any concerns Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations during all interactions, promoting equal opportunity housing practices Assist in marketing efforts by gathering feedback from showings to help refine listing strategies and improve client engagement Support administrative tasks such as preparing showing reports, updating CRM systems, and managing property access keys or lockboxes Experience Previous experience in customer service, sales, or real estate administrative roles is highly preferred Strong negotiation skills to facilitate positive interactions between clients and agents Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele Knowledge of property management principles and real estate law enhances your effectiveness in this role Organizational skills to manage multiple showings efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with marketing strategies within the real estate industry to attract potential buyers Understanding of Fair Housing regulations ensures respectful and lawful client interactions Join us as a Real Estate Showing Assistant and be part of a passionate team committed to delivering outstanding service!
