This is a highly hands-on role focused on managing complex wireless real estate projects, including New Site Development (NSD), generator deployments, site modifications, lease renewals, zoning, permitting, and landlord negotiations. Key Responsibilities Manage wireless site development activities from candidate selection through project completion. Lead and coordinate NSD, generator, modification, and lease renewal projects for wireless network deployments. Conduct site searches, evaluate candidate properties, and secure site approvals. Negotiate leases, amendments, easements, and other real estate agreements with property owners. Prepare and submit zoning, permitting, and regulatory applications. Coordinate with engineering, construction, legal, and client teams to ensure project milestones are achieved. Provide accurate project forecasting, status updates, and milestone reporting. Review lease documents, complete file audits, and maintain project documentation. Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and compliant with applicable regulations. Qualifications Experience in wireless telecommunications site acquisition, zoning, leasing, or site development. Strong understanding of wireless infrastructure projects, including macro sites, modifications, generators, and lease renewals. Proven experience negotiating real estate agreements and working with property owners. Knowledge of zoning, permitting, and regulatory approval processes. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience preferred.
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
