We are recruiting a mid-level Real Estate Transactional Associate on behalf of a premier California regional law firm. This hybrid role based in San Francisco offers a direct, viable path to partnership, competitive benefits, and an annual base salary of $195,000 to $205,000. You will represent sophisticated property owners, homebuilders, and developers on high-profile projects, including master-planned communities, high-rises, common interest developments, and complex mixed-use projects. In this role, you will utilize a practical, problem-solving approach to structure, draft, and close complex transactions while delivering strategic counsel to sophisticated stakeholders.
