KW Grand Rapids is seeking Referral Agents who thrive on building relationships and generating business through connections. This opportunity is ideal for licensed real estate professionals looking for a flexible business model that leverages networking, referrals, and relationship building throughout Grand Rapids, East Grand Rapids, Ada, Cascade, Rockford, and surrounding West Michigan communities. With continued growth in residential real estate, relocation services, first time homebuyers, investment properties, luxury homes, and new construction, West Michigan offers outstanding opportunities for agents who enjoy connecting clients with trusted real estate professionals while building a scalable referral based business.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a strong referral network throughout Michigan and across the country Connect clients with qualified agents locally and nationally Represent KW Grand Rapids at networking events, community gatherings, and business functions Generate opportunities through strategic relationships and consistent outreach Act as a trusted resource for clients relocating to or from West Michigan Maintain strong communication with clients and referral partners Create long term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals

Requirements:
