  • Contract Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Residential New Home Sales Professional to join our team!
In this role, you will be the key driver in connecting prospective homeowners with their dream residences. Your enthusiasm, exceptional communication skills, and customer-focused approach will inspire confidence and excitement throughout the home-buying journey. As a vital part of our sales team, you will guide clients through the entire process, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience. Uncapped commission potential Set your own schedule Perfect opportunity for self-starters and entrepreneurs Responsibilities Maintain accurate documentation of transactions from sale through loan, options, and construction. Learn and maintain home inventory and product knowledge. Continually source new sales opportunities. Hold open houses and staff model homes. Be open to hours of business to meet with potential home buyers/owners. Network and perform outreach to realtors. Manage time efficiently, meet sales goals and work effectively with other members of the team. Maintain and expand database of prospects. Attend sales meetings & events. Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company. Develop and maintain good rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members. Execute policies to ensure compliance with quality standards. Ability to work independently, as well as closely with clients in a fast paced environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions. Ability to manage CRM database and leads. Ability to proactively make on the spot decisions while maintaining our core values. Attend company meetings & trainings as necessary. Qualifications Must have a valid State of Wisconsin Real Estate License. Highly motivated and driven to achieve success independently. Strong ability to communicate effectively.
