Your daily tasks and responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to: Warm-calling Canvassing residential neighborhood and commercial properties Managing an active sales pipeline Performing home and roof inspections Creating and presenting estimates with upgrade options Taking company leads Basic Requirements Able to climb a roof and carry a ladder Organization skills Reliable transportation Ladder Roofing shoes Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in painting, roofing and/or general construction Prior experience in insurance property claims. Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Acculynx, Job Nimbus, etc.) Skilled at communicating with others Work ethic It's always hail season, so if you make the team, be ready to talk fast, walk fast, and learn fast.
