WHAT YOU'LL DO

Make cold calls to landlords, property owners, and realtors Send emails and outreach messages Introduce them to our co-living / PadSplit model Get them interested and say "yes" Once they say yes — we take over from there You do NOT need to meet clients You do NOT need to close in person We handle all meetings (in California or via Zoom)
