Senior Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist:
High-Ticket In Person Closers This is not an entry-level role. This is not remote. This is not for order-takers. This is a high-performance, in-person acquisitions role for proven closers who want control over their income and thrive in face-to-face negotiations. If you have not personally asked for the sale, handled objections, negotiated contracts, and closed deals in person , do not apply.

) You must have successful wholesale acquisition experience with references. About the Role Wise Property Buyers is a fast-moving real estate acquisitions company serving Metro Detroit . Our acquisitions specialists meet directly with homeowners, uncover motivation, present offers, negotiate terms, and close deals in person .

Who Thrives Here This role is built for people who: Love high-stakes conversations Enjoy negotiation and problem-solving Take ownership of results Follow up relentlessly Want flexibility without sacrificing income Are competitive, coachable, and self-driven Responsibilities Run in-person seller appointments across Metro Detroit (leads provided) Build rapport quickly and uncover seller motivation Present offers, negotiate terms, and close deals Manage leads and follow-ups inside our CRM Prepare purchase agreements and coordinate deals Take appointments evenings/weekends when deals require it Make and return calls between 9am-9pm (flexible schedule) Comfortable driving to appointments throughout Metro Detroit Live within Metro Detroit Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills Competitive, coachable, and hungry for performance-based income Compensation & Structure $60,000-$100,000+ annually Base pay + commissions + tiered bonuses W2 position Unlimited earning potential tied directly to performance Paid training and onboarding High-quality inbound leads Work-from-home when not on appointments Supportive, high-performance team environment Paid time off
