Their Role This is a senior acquisitions role for someone who already knows how to find, analyze, and close investment real estate deals. You'll source off-market opportunities, negotiate directly with property owners and sellers, and work closely with our managing broker and disposition team to move deals from contract to close. What You'll Do:

Source residential investment opportunities through direct-to-seller outreach, networking, referrals, and established relationships across Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco, Manatee, Sarasota, Polk, and Hernando counties Analyze properties for investment potential, including comparable sales, renovation scope, ARV, and overall deal viability Negotiate purchase contracts directly with property owners, motivated sellers, and other deal sources Manage your acquisition pipeline from lead through closing using internal tools and systems Collaborate with our disposition team to ensure smooth handoffs and maximize deal performance

Who You Are:

A proven acquisitions professional with a track record of identifying, negotiating, and closing investment real estate deals Skilled at building trust with property owners and sellers, and maintaining the local relationships that generate consistent deal flow Self-directed, organized, and capable of managing a full pipeline without micromanagement

Qualifications Required:

Active Florida real estate license, 2+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, or investment property transactions, demonstrated ability to source and close deals independently, reliable transportation for property visits across the Tampa Bay area.

Preferred:

Established network of sellers, wholesalers, or deal sources in the Tampa Bay market. Experience with property valuation, rehab estimation, and due diligence. Familiarity with distressed property acquisition strategies and off-market deal sourcing.
