Position Type:
In-office only; this is not a remote or work-from-home position A boutique, high-performing Lehigh Valley real estate team specializing in luxury residential sales is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Team Administrative Assistant to support the Team Leader and assist with listing preparation, client service, and day-to-day team operations. This position is ideal for someone who is meticulous, proactive, flexible, and comfortable supporting a fast-paced real estate environment. Responsibilities Assist the Team Leader with daily administrative tasks Support the preparation and launch of property listings Assist with listing logistics, including signs, lockboxes, directional signs, flyers, and marketing materials Provide occasional weekend coverage, including opening homes, turning on lights, placing directionals, and assisting with accompanied showings when needed Cross-train with and support both the Marketing Coordinator and Operations Manager Help compile and organize property marketing materials Assist with occasional client marketing updates Maintain signage inventory and ensure listing materials are properly stocked Coordinate, assemble, and maintain client closing gifts Provide runner support for property marketing needs Assist with editing, proofreading, and general quality control Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, agents, and team members Database and CRM data entry and oversight Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Pennsylvania real estate license required or strongly preferred Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through Strong organizational and communication skills Excellent editing and proofreading ability Ability to manage multiple moving pieces with accuracy Professional, polished, and client-service oriented Flexible availability for occasional weekend needs, particularly Sundays Comfortable working in a collaborative, high-expectation team environment This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys real estate, takes pride in precision, and wants to be part of a successful, luxury-focused team.

$25.00 per hour
