Fetterplace and Co. at Windermere is one of the fastest growing teams in the South Sound committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. With a focus on teamwork, innovation, and client satisfaction, we are looking to expand our team of dedicated professionals. 1. You pay 1/2 of the regular agent fee being a team member. 2. Leads - Consistent lead flow to you in our CRM. 3. Best in class Tech Stack including CRM, Follow Up Systems and Campaigns for Leads, Sphere and Past Clients 4. Training - Technology and Sales Process 5. An exciting sales driven organization invested in your success.Qualifications:
1. Valid Washington State real estate license. 2. Embrace a tech-savvy mindset. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. (Oral and Written) 3. Strong negotiation and problem solving skills. 4. A positive mindset and attitude with emphasis of being a team player. 5. Excellent time management and follow up skills. 6. Be self-motivated and driven by ambition. 7. Able to show clients homes in Kitsap, Pierce and possibly Thurston Counties.Responsibilities:
Conduct property showings, open houses, and property tours for potential buyers. Assist clients in the buying process, providing expert advice and guidance. Collaborate with team members to share market insights and stay up-to-date on industry trends. Follow up with leads, sphere and past clients. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Negotiate contracts and terms on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcomes. Be a local expert - know the community and market inside out, confidently answering queries about potential homes, similar properties, and the neighborhood.Job Types:
