Full-Time About the Role We are looking for an experienced Title Processor/Closer to join our growing law firm to process title work for our Florida residential and commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate has a strong title industry background, exceptional attention to detail, and a genuine passion for customer service. This role manages real estate closings from open to close, ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely transactions for buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys. Responsibilities Closing Coordination Coordinate and schedule closings with all involved parties, keeping everyone informed of the process and required documentation. Document Preparation Prepare and review closing documents including settlement statements, HUDs, deeds, and escrow agreements, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. Title Examination Conduct title searches, examine and clear requirements on title commitments and lender closing instructions, and resolve title defects in collaboration with underwriters. Closings Conduct closings, explain documents to clients, ensure proper signatures and notarizations, and oversee disbursement of funds and transfer of ownership. Communication Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the closing process, regularly communicating with realtors, lenders, mortgage brokers, and clients. Recordkeeping & Compliance Ensure documents are properly recorded with government agencies, maintain organized records, and stay current on local, state, and federal real estate regulations. Problem Resolution Review files before, during, and after closing to prevent and resolve potential claims or issues. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience as a Title Closer, Title Processor, or Escrow OfficerIn-depth knowledge of the closing process, title examination, and related legal documentsExperience with Qualia is a MUSTProficiency in Microsoft OfficeStrong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skillsExcellent organizational and time-management skills; able to juggle multiple files and deadlinesComfortable working independently and as part of a teamFlorida Notary Public requiredFlorida Title Agent license a plus, not required
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$60,000-$65,000/yearBonus opportunitiesPaid time off
