If so, we should probably talk! An experienced Transaction Coordinator / Executive Assistant is needed for a top-producing real estate team in the Cherry Hill, NJ area (this is a remote position, but you must live near Cherry Hill) . With the help of this individual, the agents are looking to focus more on selling real estate and much less on the back-end and daily operational tasks.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary:
$70,000 - $80,000 (flexible for the right candidate)Paid Time Off Stipend Benefits Compensation:

Manage transactions from contract to close with accuracy and compliance Coordinate with clients, agents, lenders, and vendors Maintain TMS, CRM, listing coordination, and marketing support Provide high-level executive and administrative support Streamline operations and anticipate team needs Ensure clients have an exceptional, seamless experienceQualifications:
2-3+ years in residential real estate transaction coordination Experience managing high-volume transactionsTech-savvy:
CRM, Dotloop/SkySlope, Google Workspace/Microsoft Office Excellent communicator, extremely detail-oriented, and proactive Has reliable equipment and a conducive space for remote work Local to East Cherry Hill area (within 25 minutes) About Company The Amy Rossano Group is a high-performing real estate team based in New Jersey, committed to delivering exceptional service and results to its clients.
