Responsibilities Assist the realtor to manage the entire transaction process from executed contract to closing, ensuring all steps are completed accurately and on time Coordinate communication among clients, agents, lenders, escrow officers, and other stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned Prepare and review all necessary documents including purchase agreements, disclosures, and legal paperwork in compliance with real estate law and Fair Housing regulations Track deadlines for inspections, appraisals, financing approvals, and contingencies to prevent delay. Experience Proven experience in real estate administration or as a transaction coordinator within a real estate team or brokerage Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously under tight deadlines Excellent communication skills—bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus—to effectively serve diverse clients and team members. Familiarity with marketing principles relevant to real estate transactions is advantageous. California Real Estate License preferred.
