In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the process of identifying, negotiating, and closing wholesale real estate deals. Your expertise will drive the growth of our property portfolio by building strong relationships with sellers, investors, and industry partners. Duties Identify potential property opportunities through market analysis and targeted marketing strategies Engage with property owners via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to negotiate purchase offers Receive, respond, and answer to all forms of motivated seller leads that funnel into our system. Conduct thorough due diligence on properties, including assessing market value and analyzing industry trends Manage the entire deal process from initial offer through to closing, ensuring all legal and administrative requirements are met Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, real estate agents, and other industry stakeholders Utilize sales technology tools such as CRM to track leads, manage contacts, and optimize deal flow Requirements Proven experience in wholesale real estate, negotiations, or acquisitions with a focus on wholesale deals Active buyers lists and contacts for promoting the business a plus Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively and efficiently Knowledge of the local real estate market analysis and industry trends Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse clients Familiarity with sales technology adoption and CRM systems for managing contacts and leads Understanding of real estate law, property management practices, and administrative procedures related to deal closing Ability to analyze offers critically while maintaining high customer service standards Organizational skills for managing multiple transactions simultaneously while adhering to deadlines Join us in transforming the way we acquire properties!
