What You'll Be Doing:
Engage with motivated sellers- Take live calls, assess property conditions, and make competitive offers. Negotiate & secure contracts
- Acquire properties for rehab, rentals, or wholesale deals. Follow up relentlessly
- Maintain consistent communication with leads and homeowners. Analyze data & market trends
- Use the MLS to evaluate market values and make informed offers. Educate & guide homeowners
- Build trust and provide solutions that work best for them. Manage the sales pipeline
- Keep track of all leads and progress within our CRM system. Prepare & review contracts
- Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and legally sound. Stay organized & goal-driven
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and meet sales targets.
What We're Looking For:
Proven Experience In Wholesale Real Estate Acquisitions. A true "A-Player"- Someone who is driven, competitive, and determined to WIN . Coachable & adaptable
- Willing to learn, implement feedback, and continuously improve. Sales-savvy & persuasive
- Prior sales experience is a plus, but a hustler's mindset is a must . Clear communicator

Requirements:
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and goal-driven mindset . Valid driver's license and reliable transportation . Tech-savvy- Comfortable using CRM tools and real estate platforms.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$120,000.00- $200,000.
