Job Summary:
Our established and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal or Legal Assistant with real estate closing experience , particularly in commercial real estate transactions. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and has hands-on experience preparing settlement statements and supporting attorneys through all stages of real estate and business transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience handling commercial real estate closings, contracts, corporate filings, business matters, and legal support functions , while maintaining excellent client communication and administrative efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for long-term growth within a professional and collaborative legal team. Key Responsibilities Assist attorneys and paralegals with real estate transactions and closings Prepare and review settlement statements Coordinate and manage all aspects of real estate closings Draft, review, and organize contracts and legal documents Support business transactions, disputes/litigation, and corporate filings Maintain client files and ensure accurate document management Handle billing, scheduling, calendar management, and deadline tracking Communicate professionally with clients, lenders, title companies, brokers, and other parties involved in transactions Provide administrative and legal support as neededQualifications Required:
Prior experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant Strong experience with real estate closings , including hands-on preparation of settlement statements Experience supporting real estate transactions Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Post-high school education Professional, dependable, and able to manage multiple prioritiesPreferred:
