We are seeking a dynamic Leasing Agent to represent three premier luxury apartment communities in the heart of Downtown Providence. This is more than a leasing role—it is an opportunity to be the face of our residential experience. You will help prospective residents find their next home while delivering elevated service that reflects the quality and lifestyle our properties offer. About Us We proudly manage three luxury residential buildings located within walking distance of one another in Downtown Providence. Position Overview As a Leasing Agent, you will oversee the leasing journey from first inquiry to signed lease, ensuring every prospective resident receives a seamless and memorable experience. You will conduct tours, support leasing operations, assist with resident relations, and provide occasional front desk concierge support to help maintain the high standards of our communities. Key Responsibilities Leasing & Sales Conduct engaging tours of available apartments, showcasing unit features, amenities, and lifestyle benefits Guide prospective residents through the full leasing process, including applications, verifications, and lease preparation Support lease renewals by communicating with current residents and coordinating all required documentation Help maintain strong occupancy levels by driving leasing activity and resident retention Resident Experience Deliver exceptional customer service to both current and prospective residents Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, concerns, and resident needs Build strong resident relationships and contribute to a welcoming community atmosphere Marketing & Community Engagement Assist with marketing initiatives including online listings, social media content, and local outreach efforts Support resident events and community-building activities that enhance the resident experience Front Desk & Concierge Support Assist front desk operations when needed, including resident and guest relations Support administrative responsibilities, security/access control, and concierge-level resident services Help ensure a polished and professional lobby experience at all times Team Collaboration Work closely with the property management team to ensure operational excellence across all three properties Help maintain the presentation, service standards, and overall success of each building Qualifications Previous experience in leasing, real estate, hospitality, or property management preferred Strong communication and customer service skills with a hospitality mindset Professional appearance and polished demeanor Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software Knowledge of Downtown Providence and the local market is a strong plus Why Join Us?
