Real Estate Sales Associate (Entry-Level / Licensed or In Progress)

Full-time, Commission-Based Job Summary We are seeking motivated individuals interested in starting or growing a career in real estate sales within a structured, performance-driven environment. This role focuses on developing skills in lead generation, client communication, and transaction support while working directly with an experienced broker. You will work alongside Bryan Crabtree, a Charleston-based real estate broker with over 27 years of experience, more than 5,500 homes sold, and over $1B in career sales volume. This position offers hands-on exposure to real-world real estate transactions and client interactions. Bryan is affiliated with Indigo Oak | Christie's International Real Estate, providing access to a globally recognized brand along with a focused team environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct daily outbound calls to contacts and leads provided Respond to inbound inquiries and maintain follow-up communication Learn to convert conversations into appointments and clients Assist with showings, listings, and transaction coordination as needed Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients Follow a structured daily workflow and sales process Requirements Must be currently licensed or actively pursuing a South Carolina real estate license Strong communication skills and professionalism Comfortable with outbound calls and client interaction Willingness to follow a structured process and training environment Self-motivated with a consistent work ethic Background in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus Compensation This is a commission-only position . Earnings are based on individual performance and are not guaranteed. Top-performing agents may achieve six-figure income levels over time as they build experience and a client base.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
