Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Leasing Agent to join our property management team! In this energetic role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your expertise will help create a welcoming environment, ensure compliance with housing regulations, and foster positive relationships with residents and applicants alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your sales skills, administrative prowess, and knowledge of property management to make a meaningful impact in our community. Job Summary Chandler Investment Properties in Florence, SC is looking for a Leasing Assistant professional who is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day efforts of the Property Management team. This position is for the super-organized person who enjoys working with people and helping prospects find their perfect home. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage resident relationships effectively. The goal of this role is to support the daily operations of property management. They are also responsible for inspecting property conditions and coordinating with the Maintenance Manager the resolution of work-orders, inspections, and unit turns.
Responsibilities:
  • Answer, screen, and return phone calls for all properties in a timely manner
  • Build positive relationships with prospective and current residents
  • Schedule showings for prospects in our property management system
  • Communicate with residents regarding property-related issue
  • Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed Qualifications Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent phone etiquette, communication, and interpersonal skills Knowledge of legal administrative processes related to property leasing and management. Ability to handle conflict management effectively while maintaining professionalism. A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail in all aspects of property management. Detail-oriented and highly organized Strong customer service skills Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
