Responsibilities What You'll Do to Build a Six-Figure Real Estate Career Success in real estate doesn't happen by accident. We provide the structure, mentorship, and systems to help you create consistent results and a scalable business.
You will:
Complete PLACE Launch to master the foundational habits, systems, and models that drive long-term success Follow proven lead generation strategies to consistently build a pipeline of motivated buyers and sellers Consult with and convert active buyer leads using strong communication and professional guidance Develop advanced negotiation skills to help clients win while protecting their best interests Use PLACE technology to track activities, stay organized, and focus on income-producing opportunities Host at least two open houses each month to generate business and sharpen conversion skills Turn conversations into appointments using proven scripts and prospecting systems Participate in weekly training focused on scripts, objection handling, negotiations, and conversion strategies Collaborate with a high-performance team culture committed to growth, accountability, and shared success Attend weekly coaching and accountability sessions for personalized support and strategy Win and service listing agreements through consultative selling, strategic pricing, staging guidance, and impactful marketing Master the listing process to help clients achieve top-dollar results while increasing your own production and income Qualifications You are motivated, competitive, and passionate about helping people. You enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and creating exceptional client experiences.
