We currently have 9 locations that cover Hilton head, Bluffton, Sun City, and recently Beaufort too. Transaction Coordinator Job Summary:
Charter One Realty is seeking a full-time Transaction Coordinator. This position will be located in Hilton Head Island and will support the agents in the market. A strong Transaction Coordinator will take ownership of the team's listings, be disciplined about their time, and be task-focused to successfully complete the work.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Create Skyslope Transaction or Update Current Listing Status to 'Under Contract'
  • Upload Contract Docs/All Addenda Signed/Initialed/Dated to Egnyte and Skyslope
  • Manage the Wire Confirmation and Copy of Check email from Attorney.
  • Manage the Seller's Property Disclosure, POA Addendum, Agency Relationship Disclosure, Buyers Agency Agreement, Tax Record, etc.
  • Upload copy of MLS Full Display to Agent's Cloud Drive and Skyslope
  • Send copy of Contract Documents and Contract Processing Form to Attorney & Lender
  • Maintain relationships with vendors, manage repairs, if applicable
  • Send Commission check, Final CPF, and Final ACA to Accounting
  • Remind agent to remove yard sign, return lockbox, delete from MLS, unassign in MLV
  • Send copy of MLS Full Display "Closed" to Agent, Listing Coordinator, Marketing Coordinator, and email Database Specialist to update company database mailing list
  • Give final HUD Settlement Statement, Copy of Commission check, and ACA to the Agent and upload to
Agent's Cloud Drive and Skyslope Position Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar role within the real estate industry or affiliated business.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in MLS, Showingtime, and Skyslope preferred.
  • Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; daily use of nearly all programs will occur.
