Whether you are newly licensed or early in your real estate career, our structured 3-week onboarding program is designed to accelerate your development through hands-on training, mentorship, and brand-building support. This immersive program provides guided instruction across all aspects of residential real estate, including business development strategy, marketing execution, property tours throughout the Charleston market, and exposure to The Beach Company's broader real estate operations. Program Schedule May 4 - May 22 Monday-Thursday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (in-office, Mt. Pleasant) One weekend day as needed In-person participation required Candidates must obtain their South Carolina real estate license by the program start date. Compensation & Career Path Commission-based compensation structure Estimated annual earnings: $50,000-$100,000+ (performance-driven) Mentorship, marketing guidance, and lead opportunities Clear pathway to long-term career growth within the brokerage Responsibilities Assist with prospecting and business development Conduct property showings Attend inspections, photography appointments, and walk-throughs Perform Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) Coordinate property access and scheduling Prepare contracts and addendums; manage document routing Support open houses and brokerage initiatives Qualifications Active South Carolina Real Estate License (required by start date) Real estate experience preferred, but not required College degree or equivalent professional experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to commute to or relocate to
