Responsibilities:

Obsessively follow up with motivated leads. No cold calling, no fluff, just real buyers and sellers ready to go. Following a proven process. Work with pre-qualified clients and walk them to the closing table like a pro Handle buyers and sellers like a two-way closer—no limits Use our high-converting scripts, systems, and tech like weapons in your arsenal Learn to generate new business while following up on a flood of hot leads Report daily, stay accountable, and keep your foot on the gas Show up coachable, hungry, and ready to work like your next check depends on it, because it does
