Leasing Professional

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and play a key role in driving occupancy while delivering an exceptional leasing experience. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist prospective residents in person, by phone, and online Conduct property tours and effectively present apartment features and community amenities Convert leads into leases and meet or exceed leasing goals Process rental applications, verify information, and prepare lease documentation Maintain accurate resident and prospect records in property management systems Support resident retention through excellent customer service Assist with marketing initiatives, outreach, and community events Collaborate with the on-site team to ensure a positive and professional leasing environment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred) 1+ year of leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Sales-driven mindset with the ability to close Proficiency with computers and property management software (Entrata, RealPage, or similar preferred) Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules as needed Professional appearance and positive attitude What We Offer Competitive hourly pay plus leasing commissions/bonuses Medical, dental, and vision benefits (for eligible employees) Paid time off and holidays Career growth opportunities within property management Supportive, team-oriented work environment We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected status.
