Here's the deal: you bring the work ethic and a love for the phone, and we'll pay you a base salary while you ramp — plus uncapped commission as you produce. About the Role As our Inside Sales Agent (ISA), you are the engine of our growth. You'll spend your day prospecting, setting appointments, and closing your own buyer and seller deals. You'll get a guaranteed base salary, leads to work, proven scripts, daily coaching, and a clear path to higher commission splits as your production grows. What You'll Do Make outbound calls to a mix of provided leads and your own prospecting (sphere, FSBOs, expireds, neighborhood circle prospecting) Respond fast to new inquiries and follow up consistently so no lead goes cold Set, confirm, and run qualified buyer and seller appointments Close your own transactions and guide clients from first call to closing table Keep the CRM current and hit weekly activity goals Role-play and sharpen your scripts daily What We Offer $30,000 base salary (W-2) — paid whether or not you close, so you can focus on building Uncapped commission — starts at 20% and steps up to 40% as you hit production milestones Realistic first-year earnings of $50,000-$80,000 ; top producers earn $100,000+ Leads, CRM, scripts, and hands-on coaching and mentorship A clear growth path to a higher commission-only split as you graduate What We're Looking For Active SC real estate license (or actively working to obtain one) Energized by high-volume phone work — you're comfortable picking up the phone all day Coachable, competitive, organized, and resilient Strong communicator who builds rapport quickly Comfortable with technology and CRM tools Reliable transportation and able to run in-person appointments Schedule Full-time.
