About Us:
Stallion Property Management is dedicated to providing exceptional housing solutions and top-tier service to our clients. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team on a contract basis.
Job Overview:
As a Leasing Agent, you will be the first point of contact for prospective tenants and responsible for showcasing our available properties. You will assist applicants with the leasing process, handle deposits, and ensure all leasing documentation is accurately completed. Additionally, you will upload leased property details to Apfolio and manage incoming calls regarding properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Show properties to prospective tenants Collect and process security deposits Assist applicants with filling out rental applications Upload and update leased property information on Apfolio Respond promptly to phone inquiries regarding available properties Provide excellent customer service and professional assistance throughout the leasing process
Qualifications:
Previous experience in leasing or property management preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus Organized with attention to detail Proficient in digital tools and basic computer skills Reliable and professional demeanor
