Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Sell new and previously owned homes Lease available units and process lease renewals Respond to prospect inquiries via phone and email Schedule and conduct property showings Process rent payments and maintain accurate records Maintain strong customer and tenant relationships Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations Learn and utilize proprietary software systems Candidate must have the following competencies: Experience in property management, leasing, real estate, or sales preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills Advanced computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office, especially Teams. Effective Negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Outgoing personality with strong customer services skills Must be diplomatic, have honed negotiating skills, and able to dissolve roadblocks Ability to lift and move 25 lbs

Required:

South Carolina Manufactured Housing Salesperson License or ability to obtain within 3 months of employment.
