Full-Time Closing/Settlement Position The Title Company Job Description The Title Company is seeking an individual interested in a career in the South Dakota Title Industry. You will be working in our Closing Department learning from our experienced staff how to coordinate real estate transactions from the receipt of new orders through the closing of the transaction.

Job Responsibilities:

Act as liaison between buyers, sellers, realtors and lenders to ensure a seamless closing experience; Effectively communicate via phone and email with all parties and other real estate professionals involved in the transaction; Utilize industry software to help create settlement statements and other closing documents for review and approval by the parties; Request and process mortgage payoffs to remove current liens against property involved in the transactions; Review and comply with lender specific closing instructions, including making sure all necessary documents are signed, dated and notarized as part of the closing; Receive and disburse all funds associated with the transaction to the appropriate parties; and Provide excellent service to clients and customers.

Qualifications:
