Dispositions Sales Agent (Wholesale Real Estate)

Base Pay + Commission | In-Office | Nationwide Deal Flow We are hiring 2-3 aggressive Dispositions Sales Agents immediately for our fast-growing nationwide real estate company. This is NOT a remote position. This is NOT an "easy money" job. This IS a real sales role for people who want to hustle, compete, close deals, and get paid. Our company helps our clients, real estate investors across the country, sell their contracts on properties — also known as wholesale assignments. We have been in this business for over 16 years and have built a nationwide operation with real systems, real buyers, and real opportunities. Right now, we honestly have more contracts than we can handle and need closers who are ready to get on the phones and move deals. What We Already Provide Real wholesale deals ready to go Active cash buyers nationwide AI-powered buyer matching Existing nationwide buyer databases CRM systems and software Proven sales processes and scripts Warm opportunities and deal flow Full training and support What we need are people willing to do the work. What You'll Be Doing Calling and texting active real estate investors and cash buyers Taking incoming calls from buyers Presenting real wholesale opportunities Negotiating assignment deals Building buyer relationships Following up relentlessly Overcoming objections Moving buyers through the sales process Keeping organized notes and communication records inside the CRM Helping get deals sold and across the finish line Compensation $2,000/month base pay 10% commission on assignment fees 1099 contractor position Strong commission upside for closers Agents who consistently sell 2 deals per week can create very strong monthly income Schedule & Environment In-office position only Monday-Friday minimum 9AM-5PM Fast-paced sales environment Some communication with buyers after hours or weekends may be necessary if you want to maximize commissions and get deals sold quickly Depending on your experience level, we expect you to be on the phones within your first 5-7 days.
