Job Description
Foothills Title is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Closing Agent to join our team serving the Cleveland and Chattanooga markets. For nearly 30 years, Foothills Title has built a reputation for delivering exceptional service to lenders, Real Estate Agents, builders, attorneys, buyers, and sellers throughout East Tennessee and North Georgia. We combine experienced professionals with industry-leading technology to create a closing experience that is efficient, accurate, and enjoyable for our clients. If you're an experienced closer who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and creating an outstanding client experience, we'd love to talk with you. What You'll Do Conduct residential real estate closings for purchase, refinance, cash, and seller-side transactions. Guide buyers and sellers through closing documents with professionalism and confidence. Review settlement statements and closing packages for completeness and accuracy. Coordinate with lenders, REALTORS®, attorneys, processors, and post-closing staff to ensure successful transactions. Deliver an exceptional customer experience before, during, and after every closing. Develop and maintain strong relationships within the local real estate and lending community. Represent Foothills Title with professionalism both inside and outside the closing room. Assist in identifying opportunities to grow business within your market. What We're Looking For Previous experience as a real estate closer, escrow officer, settlement agent, or similar role. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. Experience reading and explaining closing documents. Ability to build trust and lasting relationships with clients and referral partners. Working knowledge of SoftPro or similar title software is a plus. Why Foothills Title?
