Your duty will be to complete showings for prospective tenants. You will be expected to complete dozens of showings per week. You will have the opportunity, when appropriate, to present prospective tenants with the option to buy a house, instead of rent, and earn a commission. This is an independent contractor position. You will receive a monthly stipend of $500. The remainder of your pay will be in the form of commissions that you must earn by closing real estate transactions. No experience is necessary but a Tennessee real estate license is required. Duties Guide prospective tenants and buyers through property tours, highlighting features and answering questions to foster engagement and interest. Assist in negotiating lease terms, rental agreements, or purchase contracts while upholding Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant laws. Develop strong customer relationships through excellent phone etiquette, conflict management skills, and upselling additional services or amenities when appropriate. Experience Proven experience in property leasing, property management, or real estate administrative roles with a focus on customer service. Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to manage contracts effectively and resolve conflicts professionally. Office experience involving data entry, filing, phone communication, and general administrative support. Background in sales or upselling within a real estate or property management setting is advantageous.
