Key Responsibilities:

Tour apartment homes and showcase community features to prospective residents Convert leads into leases and assist with the application process Maintain accurate leasing traffic, resident files, and property records Ensure model apartments and vacant units are market-ready Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents Assist with resident retention, outreach, and marketing efforts Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and follow up on leads promptly Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous leasing, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred Bilingual skills preferred Strong communication, organization, and computer skills Professional demeanor with a positive, team-oriented attitude Ability to work Saturdays Ready to build your career in property management?
