Job Description

The Knox Fox Real Estate Group is growing and looking for a licensed Buyer's Agent to join our team. We are looking for someone who is professional, driven, coachable, and committed to delivering an excellent client experience. Prior real estate sales experience is preferred, but we are open to training the right newly licensed agent who has the work ethic, communication skills, and desire to build a long-term real estate career. This is a great opportunity for an agent who wants to grow inside a team environment with structure, support, marketing, lead opportunities, systems, training, and accountability. Responsibilities As a Buyer's Agent, you will help clients through the home-buying process from first conversation to closing.
Responsibilities include:
Responding to buyer leads and client inquiries in a timely, professional manner Conducting buyer consultations and helping clients understand the buying process Showing homes and educating buyers on neighborhoods, pricing, condition, and value Writing and negotiating offers Communicating with clients, lenders, inspectors, title companies, and team members Managing contract timelines and staying organized throughout the transaction Building and maintaining strong client relationships Following up consistently with leads, past clients, and referral opportunities Representing The Knox Fox Real Estate Group with professionalism and integrity Qualifications Active Tennessee real estate license required Real estate sales experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate Strong communication and follow-up skills Professional appearance and demeanor Self-motivated, reliable, and highly organized Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, email, and text communication Willingness to learn scripts, systems, and proven processes Ability to work some evenings and weekends as client needs require Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We Provide Team support and training Lead opportunities Proven systems and processes Marketing support CRM and technology tools Transaction support A collaborative, professional team environment Opportunity to grow with an established local real estate brand Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who wants to build a serious real estate career, not just "try real estate." You should be comfortable talking to people, following up consistently, staying organized, and doing the daily work required to turn opportunities into clients and closings. Experience is a plus, but attitude, effort, coachability, and professionalism matter just as much. Compensation This is a commission-based real estate sales position. Compensation is based on closed transactions and production. Specific commission structure will be discussed during the interview process.
