Senior Real Estate Closer

We are seeking an experienced real estate closing professional to build and lead our growing residential real estate closing division. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned closer, title agent, or escrow officer to join an established and growing law firm and play a key role in developing a high-volume real estate practice serving Johnson City and surrounding counties. We are not simply looking for someone to process files. We are looking for a leader who understands the local real estate market, values exceptional customer service, and desires to help grow a closing operation from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

Manage residential real estate transactions from contract to closing Coordinate with buyers, sellers, Realtors, lenders, surveyors, and title companies Review title commitments and assist in resolving title issues Prepare closing documents, settlement statements, and closing packages Schedule and coordinate closings Maintain accurate trust accounting and transaction records Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with local Realtors, lenders, builders, and investors Help build systems and procedures for a growing closing practice

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of residential real estate closing experience preferred Experience with title work, escrow, settlement statements, and closing coordination Exceptional organizational and communication skills Ability to manage a high volume of files while maintaining attention to detail Positive and professional attitude Strong customer service mindset Existing relationships within the local real estate community are highly valued

$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
