Job Description

Floating Leasing Professional Travel:
McMinnville, Mt. Juliet, Watertown TN Grow Your Leasing Career! We're hiring a Floating Leasing Professional to support multiple apartment communities across Middle Tennessee. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, sales, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or GED Leasing experience preferred; strong sales/customer service required Tax credit or rural development experience a plus Willingness to travel between properties Professional, dependable, and customer-focused Entrata and social media experience preferred Able to walk properties, climb stairs, lift up to 25lbs Ability to work
Saturdays Key Responsibilities:
Lease apartments and conduct tours Support multiple communities as needed Deliver excellent customer service Maintain leasing files and apartment readiness Assist with marketing and outreach Follow Fair Housing and safety regulations Ready to Apply?
